A quick preview of Ab day.  

This routine is 15 secs on 10 secs off 5 exercises:

Set 1 - On Feet

-Jog in place

-Invisible Jump Rope

-Heisman

-High Knees

-High Knee with Twist

Set 2 - On Floor

-Cross Knees

-Side Oblique Right

-Side Oblique Left

-Seated Lean Plank

-Invisible Rope Pull
